Learning Disability

At Bespoke Health & Social Care, every client is recognised as a unique individual. We believe in a ‘can-do’ approach looking at people’s strengths aspirations and goals, promoting independence, assisting them to integrate within their local community and enabling them to live a fulfilling life, with good health and social care support.

We operate throughout the UK and Wales holding both CQC and CIW registration.

We have a wealth of experience in providing expert nurse-led care for people with learning disabilities within their own homes and are skilled and experienced in meeting the needs of the men, women and transgenders we support.

Bespoke puts the person at the centre of care planning, focusing on a holistic, person-centred approach and working closely in partnership with the individual, their families and health and social care professionals to develop holistic plans of care, which meets their complex health, social, educational and personal needs, thus supporting them to overcome the barriers that are often encountered by many. We are committed to providing and supporting effective communication that meets the needs of our clients and their families.

Bespoke not only wants to strive for equality but deliver equity in the care we provide.
